Apartment owner, Svetlana, was excellent with her emailing, cleaning and helping us find our way around St Petersburg, also her son, Paul, was very good when he greeted us when we arrived, showing us places to visit and how to get there. We felt quite safe and comfortable in the apartment, it was quiet and Svetlana was excellent.

It is an excellent boutique hotel in a very good location. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.

The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. They provided directions to the Metro, post office and other places of interest. They arranged tours for us as well as booking reservations for us in local restaurants. The staff were just incredible and so friendly.
The breakfast was included in the room and the breakfast was buffet style, with a very large and fresh choice of foods, and they would make eggs / omelettes if requested.
We had difficulty with our air conditioner and we advise

It is a very worthy hotel. Nice, clean, neat, 5 min by feet to the nearest metro station. Breakfast is good (coffee, tea,milk, hot and cold starters, english toasts, juices). This is a really nice micro-hotel. Recently renovated and renovated well. Rooms like Nevsky Palace but 1/3rd the price! The room was nice, clean, LCD TV with sat. Bathroom was new, had quality European toiletries in the bathroom, water in the shower was pure and clean. Excellent breakfast included.

Very good position. Just off the beaten track of of Nevskiy Prospect, and 150m away from the Mayakovskaya green line underground station. All around the hotel there are alot of resturants and coffee places. The ECO sustainabulity aspect of the hotel is that you must book your breakfast the night before. No waste.
