Absolutely a positive experience! Good location, comfortable and clean hotel and operated like western hotels. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful and they spoke fluent English. This all gave a feeling of being welcome there.

The location is great for tourism and the views are the best. The panorama restaurant 'Bering' has a good menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try the draft beer! -

I loved absolutely everything! My room (classic double) was clean, spacious, with lots of day light and very comfortable for resting and working. The room service is also excellent. The breakfast was delicious with rich variety of choices. The staff is very nice, caring and helpful.
The location is very central, it is easy to find, there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, mall, shops around. I will dfinitely recommend it to my friends and will gladly stay in this hotel again.

The past reviews are exactly as it is. The apartment we had was roomy, very quiet, well equipped and clean enough. It is in a safe area. Beware that 60% of the aparts in St Petersbourg have no private bathrooms and kitchens, but this one does!

Plenty of places to grab a meal, easy access to any part of the city with the subway station right across the street. we stayed in a two-room apt. The beds were comfy, the shower also fine. the rooms are clean, except for the corners of the shower cabin. very central. -

This hotel is from Soviet time but it is really well renovated and modernized. Room was comfortable as well as common premises. We also tested spa premises and found those clean and well organised.
