It is an excellent boutique hotel in a very good location. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.

Without a doubt the best thing about this hotel is the location - it is situated right in the historic centre of St. Petersburg, all sights are very close - I managed to visit a lot in a very short time and didn't even have to use Russian public transport (which leaves a lot to be desired!!).

The rooms are excellent - spacious and quiet altough facing the Nevsky Prospekt. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location is perfect - the Tube station is very close to the hotel, a big shopping centre Stokmann is withing 5min walk and there is a great restaurant ont he last floor - Restaurant Moskva.

I liked how Elite Realty Moika Apartments actually had a office and it was right across from our apartment. That showed their professionalism. Real cool snug off the beaten track where we found way more than just a grateful sense of quiet and seclusion. Btw, sorry, guys whom we woke up with brewing coffee in the small hours but that was so a la en famille and natural. Also, we have mooched an apple from one of the trees in your backyard garden. Thank you, we felt right at home and we had everything we needed and your friendly reception. The beds were very comfortable, nice linen, fridge in room was great, plenty of storage, warm rooms. Communal kitchen was excellent! Everything was so clean which was my favourite thing about this place. Our little boy loved the back yard and the football area. Sauna was also excellent. We will recommend to our friends.

It is a very worthy hotel. Nice, clean, neat, 5 min by feet to the nearest metro station. Breakfast is good (coffee, tea,milk, hot and cold starters, english toasts, juices). In the bathroom you find all the facilities you may need (shaving and vanity kits, comb, tooth brush and paste, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer, fresh towels) -

an easy 15-20 mins walk to nevsky prospect past dostoevskaya metro, which is a nice place to visit in itself for the dostoevsky museum etc.
