  we have booked standard room and were upgraded with no additional charges on arrival. The staff of the hotel were professional and polite, the room was very modern and elegant. Great location (5 minute walk to nearest metro station) and overall good value for money. Tidy comfortable room with useful amenities. Splendid location for high end shopping. Red Square was a delightful 15 minute walk away. Gourmet Russian cuisine in the cute bar & restaurant.
