  What makes hotel cosmos a great choice for a stay in Moscow is a combination of three things. Firstly the location is great for travelling to the centre because the metro is only 5 mins from the hotel. Secondly, whilst the rooms are basic, the hotel has many facilities.   Vorontsovskiy hotel is certainly one of the best choices price/quality in such an expensive city as Moscow.
