  Everything. From the time we stepped in (was my second stay there this year) everything went super smooth. I booked a regular double with patio view but was upgraded to 2-level room with the Moika channel view (cannot thank the hotel staff enough for that!). With 2 floors and 2 entrances on different floors you feel like you're a special guest. Add to that 2 TVs, a private - This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Location is terrific! All the main attractions and sights are within the walking distance. The room was spacious, well-furnished and clean (both of the times). The superior double was huge, the bathroom itself was the size of a regular room! It had everything we needed, including all the toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and complementary bottles of water.   excellent stay! i travel the world over, just about every week I'm in a new place but have never stayed at a Kempinski before. The staff we great. The room was great. I got upgraded and dont even know why as i dont have a Kempinski loyalty card - but i do now! Will definitely stay again.
