A nice new hotel close to a huge shopping mall and metro station. The hotel is very nice and quiet, breakfast was fantastic. They also have a well-equipped fitness studio. Staff was friendly, however security personnel will never smile or say hi, perhaps they're just taking their job too seriously. I only had an issue with cleaning, my room was cl

the hotel is very nice, clean, breakfast is good and staffs are friendly. the location is also perfect, close to Mall and interesting stores ia just a walking distance. i would recommend the hotel to friends who are planning to go to Saint Petersburg!

Good location, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nothing special, but well working conditions in every aspects. Good breakfast, but a bit expensive -
Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was more than adequate but could be crowded. The room was clean and bed comfortable. A quiet location.

I arrived at 10 am and the stuff kindly checked me in, no questions asked.
the stuff was very kind and professional.
the concierge were professional and helped me to find places and activities in my interest.

Also, the location of the hotel is superb, right in the center of the city. -
The level of staff service and support was the best we have ever encountered. My wife lost her bag in the taxi from the airport ...being Russia we gave up any hope of getting it back. The hotel staff moved into action immediately, sent their driver to the airport and made sure we got it back ( within a few hours). They didn't have to do that but were genuinely concerned. The room, the breakfast, the location on Nevsky Prospekt, closeness to the metro ...just perfect.

Traditional hotel from old times but well modernized and maintained.
Fairly comparable with western business hotels. Good location next to
underground station. We were given a junior suite by price of standard
twin due to booking situation and arrival at 19:30 so can't review
normal room but suite was excellent. Reception staff was really helpful

We get the smart deal so the room was big for a small price. This is a big business hotel so there are services according to. -
The room was ok. The location was also ok. It took 15 minutes from the hotel to the center of St. Petursburg by car.

Good location - close to the river, especially convenient to watch Liteyny bridge raise (it is 1 min walk). Please note that rooms overlooking Liteyny prospekt have the best view, but are noisy. Very clean. Cosy bar. Metro is 3 min walk and gets you to the railway station in 1 stop. Perfect hotel for a city trip. -
