The staff were extremely helpful and friendly our driver Andrew very helpful and interesting telling us the history the hotel a unique experience as was not generic just gorgeous something you would not find anywhere else in the world. Would highly recommend -

excellent stay! i travel the world over, just about every week I'm in a new place but have never stayed at a Kempinski before. The staff we great. The room was great. I got upgraded and dont even know why as i dont have a Kempinski loyalty card - but i do now! Will definitely stay again. Thoroughly recommend -

W St. Petersburg strikes the right balance between all the elements from a perfect location and excellent facilities to SERVICE that's a cut above the rest. Great location. Quietly located adjacent to the beautiful st Isaac cathedral, and near to the busy nevsky prospekt.
Staff at the hotel was very efficient n friendly. All spoke good English. As always W hotel lives upto it's standards.

The hotel is excellent, te rooms are amazing and spacious. I was so impressed by the hotel, the visit was perfect and it was all down to the staff - very professional and friendly staff.
