No wonder why this particular hotel is a winner!!! They treat you like a
queen! It was my first time in Bucharest, and first with Epoque in March
'13. That night after the opera I was not able to tell the taxi
driver the address of Epoque, we assumed every taxi driver would know,
since it was located almost round the corner from the National Opera

The hotel is located right in the center, next to a beautiful park with a lake, 5 min to all the right places, yet hidden among the streets, thus allowing for quitness and privacy. When first arrived to the hotel it seemed like I was entering a castle!
Its excellent staff assisted us with every possible request - what to do, where to eat, and even assisting with some car related issues, completely out of their line of responsibility.

The staff were just brilliant! Almost without exception, they not only did their job, but they clearly enjoyed it and made our conference there a lot more enjoyable!
Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, location is very near to old town (5-10 mins stroll). -
The view from the room was amazing.

Μεγάλα δωμάτια με ησυχία σε πολύ κεντρική περιοχή - I guess it was fairly new concept for me, long term appartments, in hotel regime. In this sense it was extremly quiet and pleasant plus 24 hours reception(on a separate entry) and 24 hours security at appartments entry. Location was as central as it gets. - location, quiet

We had a party organised for my husband 50 th ... It was amazing as we have booked the also the Athenee Palace suite as a surprise for him with cake ( out of this world prepared for the hotel for 18 people) and food again provided by the hotel at very good prices .. I have never received such genuine service like I had at the Athenee Palace! Laura gave us a long list of recommended places to visit both in Bucharest and in Brasov, including the coolest restaurant in the mountains. Gabriella actually lent her her own coat so that I would be warm enough while sight seeing! We will absolutely be returning to the Athenee Palace Hilton on our next trip to Bucharest! Thank you for the wonderful accomodations and experience!

This is a true 5 star hotel and hard to find these days. Many others around the world claim they are and are far from it. At the Grand Continental I felt I was really being served as a guest and not passed through the doors like hundreds of others that have come before me. Absolutely loved the grandeur of the hotel and the room we were given. We were offered an upgrade when we arrived which was fantastic. The spa centre is 5 star with a very spacious jacuzzi and great sauna. The breakfast was fantastic and the location suburb. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for luxury and comfort.

Upon my arrival , I was surprised to hear that my ordered was upgraded .
I ordered the superior package and I got a large apartment with two
large well designed rooms with a view. The staff was friendly and kind ,

everything you need to exercise (even a cooler with bottles of mineral
