The building is two years old, therefore in great conditions.
It's close to the beach but far from the crowded resort of Mamaia, thus, if you are looking for a quite place, this is the right place.

Location was very good! Sea view room was very close to the sea,where you can sleep with open balcony under the fresh air!
Friendly stuff. Good parking place. In about 5 minutes of walk there is a Supermarket. -
Even including that fact that it was the end of the season, we realy enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and tried to help in every way.

After staying at Hotel Del Mar for 8 days it was such a releif to walk into a proper comfortable air conditioned hotel. The staff were excellent, helpful, professional and friendly. The room was small but comfortable and had a lovely balcony with a nice view of the pool and the beach. -

The hotel was modern and the rooms were comfortable, a great size and had everything in them that you would need. Rooms were fantastic with a lake view.The staff made you feel so welcome.

This small hotel is nicely situated in a quiet location on the banks of Siutghiol Lake in Mamaia. Nice open air restaurant with pleasing lake view. The beach is not far from the hotel, but one has to cross the road to reach it. Staff is very courteous, and the chef--who is the business owner--always tries his best to satisfy his customers. Very clean, friendly staff focused on the client. Would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting the region.
The restaurant puts to shame the competition, at least in Mamaia. Very decent prices and amazing options, even for breakfast!

This is a very well maintained property right on the shores of the Black Sea. I made full use of the fitness facilities...first rate...the service and food were very good throughout restaurant and hotel...the room was exactly as expected. - next to the beach.
