All was perfect. The hotel is really nice, the rooms are good, the food excellent. Breakfast- like home :-). You can have anything you want- the choice really big. We really enjoyed the hotel and will definitely choose it next time. Besides, its nto far away fromt he main roads and easy to find. - The shuttle to the Katowice airport was the reason

That was a first time I stayed in this hotel and I will be staying there again for sure. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. Arrived on Friday the 8th of March ( Women's Day ) and recived the flower from the reception staff :)

Staff were extremely friendly & helpful & the room was clean
& comfortable & everything we could have hoped for. There was a
nice buffet assortment at breakfast & staff will cook eggs freshly
for you on request. There is a train station across the road from the
hotel but don't make the mistake we did & get off the train at
Tychy - the station you need is Tychy Grota Roweckiego!

Friendly and helpful staff, excelllent breakfast, quiet and comfortable room,clean and spacious bathroom, free internet access, extremely convenient location, off-street secure parking; one of the best places I have stayed in. - Central Location, excellent for a stop over, 30 mins from airport.

Room was quiet and well appointed, reception on arrival and check out were very efficient and for my 0600 flight they made up a breakfast bag even though I did not ask for it - nice touch. Free shuttle to and from hotel. -

We needed just an overnight stay on our journey back, so nothing special was required and expected. However our expectations were exceeded, very good price for value, 2 hours spa included to the price, breakfast included (though not mentioned @letsbookhotel.com). Fantastic and relaxing stay after the whole day of working.
Fresh fruits, coffee and croissants on every floor, for free.Voucher for drink which you can enjoy in the outside garden. In room, selection of drinks - water but also apple and orange juice plus chocolate sweets. I was really positive suprised! -
