We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for
two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had
a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof
windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

The hotel is next to the entrance of the salt mine which is operated by the same organization. The hotel is designated as one of the historic hotels in Europe. Everything is convenient and comfortable to stay here.

The staff, led by Joanna Domanska - Duty Manager, were exceptionally supportive and friendly during this episode. Our rooms were very comfortable and the spacious, well maintained modern bathroom was particularly appreciated. Breakfast arrangements were good and catered for a wide range of tastes and appetites.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much! It is very close to the center of Zakopane by foot and to the bus station. The staff was very nice, the room was huge, the bathroom was clean, there were bottles of free mineral water in the rooms everyday. The breakfast was the best I've seen in a while, there was a big variaty of food to choose from. The wellness part was also very clean, well organized, with everything you need to chill out. a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...
