We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for
two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had
a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof
windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is
quite busy but we weren't disturbed by the noise - the windows

be well soundproofed. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom really
nice, clean and with heated floor. The room is well equipped in

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

We were three adults travelling together. The staff could not have been more attentive. We ate at the hotel for breakast and dinner each day - breakfast was wonderful and the a la carte evening meals were very good indeed. Can't rcommend highly enough. Good transport links into town and 24-hour security parking onsite -

the front desk staff were more than helpful. i would definitely stay there again but found that it was far from the old city. - the staff were very friendly and very helpful in all aspects.Including arranging all tours and taxi s . Anything we needed was dealt with straight away and done with a smile .The food in the restaurant was very excellent

Very good location, close to the center, calm and silent area, close to main street and bus stops. Very wellcome, flexible and inteligent staff. The room was very new, clean, spacy and was swiched on heating because cold and rainy weather begun. - Good location, twenty minutes walk to the old center. The hotel itself was very clean, the staff helpful when required and very good value for money - I booked a double, having requested it in the notes, and we may have been given a suite for the same price as it was huge! Separate living room and bedroom and our own balcony with an excellent view. The staff spoke flawless English and were very accommodating. The selection at breakfast was very good, as long as you don't expect to go to Poland and get a full English. The location is excellent.

Lovely, cosy apartment, perfect for a small family to stay in. A well
stocked grocery store, a drugstore and a bakery are just downstairs. The
city centre is reachable by tram, but if the weather is good a walk on
the riverside is highly recommended. Friendly and considerate owner. We
will definitely stay there again. -

The hotel is located in quiet part of town away from the crowds, which makes it very pleasant. The staff was wonderful and eager to help in any way. The breakfast was delicious with a wonderful variety from which to choose. We would go back in a heart beat! -

Very clean, well maintained. Located basically next to forest. Offers numbers of massages and Spa procedures. Rich breakfast.
There was little deer walking next to hotel, the kids were so excited about it. Great value for money. -

Absolutely one of the best places to stay if you want to walk around old city or do some shopping! It's situated just adjacent to the Galeria Krakowska mall, main railway station, 7 minutes walk from Main square. Appartment is spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed staying very much. -

The Wielopole was a lovely hotel, the staff were delightful and the facilities were very good. If I went to Krakow again I would definitely stay there. - Location close to city center and Jewish quarters, rooms decent size and very clean, breakfast was great and staff extremely helpful.
