The hotel is set opposite a great Shopping Centre. The rooms are 5* and very comfortable. The hotel is going through a large refurbishment at time i was there but this did not affect the stay at all and the staff did all they could to make it a pleasant stay.
On the first floor you have a lounge area where you can sit and relax while having a coff

The Hotel was very quiet despite comments from the receptionist that 200 youngsters were staying and there may be noise. There was also a note in the room stating that construction work was ongoing from 09.00 hours but we heard no construction work at all. The decor in the public areas and bedrooms was of a very high standard. The buffet breakfast at £17 per person was similar to Hotels in the UK for a cooked breakfast and was of a high standard with staff constantly replenishing food.

Great views, great location, lovely rooms. Love the top floor swimming pool and saunas. Amazing breakfast buffets. - Staff was very friendly and I was not waiting so good attitude from hotel in Warsaw.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms. Central location convenient for railway station. - Just marked excellent above. It is a very good hotel for a reasonable cost.

Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Hotel facilities were of an excellent standard and much better than 5 * hotels that Ive previously stayed in. Room was scrupulously clean. Thank you for a perfect stay! - excellent location in the very city centre; room decor and amenities; view of the magnificent Palace of Culture and Science; grand lobby, helpful staff, especially Magda, Guest Relations Manager, who recommended good bars and clubs (she actually called the clubs to see whether they were open since it was mid-week and called us back to our room, as promised), delicious breakfast

Location close to the centre. Rooms are neat and clean with enough space. Huge and rich breakfasts. Hotel lobby gives you enough space to meet people. A very modern hotel within a building decades old. Renovated with much attention to detail. Large rooms and mini-kitchenette for small breakfast and snacks. Free wi-fi and SmartTV in the room for accessing internet. Inexpensive restaurants and pubs close by, as well as very nice hotel restaurant. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. -

If every hotel was like this, you'd probably not look much further. Stayed in standard double and imagine the bigger suites and appartments are even more impressive.
