Wonderful service and outstanding customer care from the Manager. Restaurant was genuinely first class. We were really delighted with our experience at the Copernicus. In fact, we cannot fault the hotel in any way and we have travelled extensively. Location was superb, too. - A fantastic experience. Full of character, tastefully designed. Friendly

We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for
two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had
a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof
windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is
quite busy but we weren't disturbed by the noise - the windows

nice, clean and with heated floor. The room is well equipped in

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

the design of the building, use of brick, stone etc to retain the 'old' feel of the place whilst having all modern comforts, roof top bar, swimming pool, size of rooms - All I can say is wow!!! Really amazing large room, with great thoughtful facilities. The staff were really helpful, and professional. The location is perfect 10 minutes from main square through historic streets. -
- In general it is nice place
- Breakfast is average, but at least it is included in price

Fantastic location, just 300 meters from the old city gate, but in a
quiet location. Very spacious, lovely long couch and large balcony and
great kitchen. The staff were wonderful. This place has security
24/7 so very safe. Paulina in particular was fantastic when we kept

A very calm and quiet place. The apartment was very clean. The parking lot was a great convenience and advantage of the hotel. The hotel attendant welcomed us on the alley in front of the hotel and accommodated us immediately.
