Wonderful service and outstanding customer care from the Manager. Restaurant was genuinely first class. We were really delighted with our experience at the Copernicus. In fact, we cannot fault the hotel in any way and we have travelled extensively. Location was superb, too. - A fantastic experience. Full of character, tastefully designed. Friendly

A good position for exploring the city and near to some excellent restaurants. It could be noisy at night particularly weekend. - Very professional staff, couldn't beat the location, minutes away from almost every landmark.

Locality, very central to all main attractions in Krakow city centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was georgous with a hugh variety of choice for all patrons. The view, location, Staff and fantastic selection for breakfast plus the bar attached to the hotel had a good menu and great service, we would stay in this hotel again and again - The staff were great and we got 3 recommendations for dinner, all of which were superb. Staff could not have been more helpful with any requests we had

We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for
two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had
a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof
windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

The staff - Iwona and Pawel and the other staff there were fantastic,
pleasant, friendly, helpful and generous. From the coffee we got on
arrival to the help they offered with directions etc. I should also say
that one night at 11pm we called in and said we didn't need
breakfast the following morning as we were leaving early, 10 minutes

Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms.
Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms spotless and so tastefully decorated.
