Excellent service provided by very friendly staff who work on the reception. If you have any questions before you arrive they are very quick to respond by email. The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.

What a wonderful break we had, took my mum away for a week to somewhere we both had not been before, what made this so special was the Home hotel, their staff and making us feel so welcome. What an amazing experience from some very passionate staff, from the rooms maids to the reception staff. Everything. A great stay. Can't recommend the Hotel Campanile Krakow enough. Friendly staff, comfortable, good price, fantastic location - they even let my son charge his iPhone up for the journey after we had checked out. The hotel is cosy, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well situated on a quiet street a short walk from the centre of the old town. The room was big, with amazing high ceilings and great light. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom...just very well-appointed. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Excellent value for money. -

Location of the Hotel is excellent - close to the Main Square and within walking distance to the Shopping Mall and the attractions. The Airport bus is just down the street and is only a Euro compared to Euro 20 for a taxi ride.
Room is spacious and bathroom is clean and well maintained.
