The lovely lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Provided us
with an extra fan as it was a little warm in our room. The location is
amazing for the price just off the main square. And on the south side so
closer to the Jewish quarter, Castle etc. I recommend room 8 for a party
of up to 5 and would stop here again if I visit Krakow agai

The apartment was central to all amenities and away from the busier squares but very close to the many squares,restaurants and markets. The view was superb and facilities were more than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised. Security was excellent, doors had double locks and each apartment had keys for the lift and the shared door (between 2 apart

We got quick helpful responses to a couple of emailed queries before our visit, and this was matched by the friendly welcome from the receptionist on our arrival. The apartment was well-kitted out, and very comfortable - the efficient 24 hour heating was especially welcome during our January stay!

We liked that the Florianska Apartment House is at the centre of the old town. That the building was full of character and that each apartment was different. - The location is fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpfull.

I liked the clean, modern accommodation which was very good value for money. The location was great as we were only about a 15 minute walk from the centre of the old town. The hotel is situated in the Jewish Quarter and there were places of interest and good restaurants. Towels are not changed daily but you are able to request a change whenever r

It was good to have a kettle in the room - Good location, based in the up and coming Jewish quarter and only a 10minute walk from old town, so best of both in strolling distance.Smart interior, helpful staff arranged transfer and trip, decent breakfast, great coctails- (not for breakfast) and safe baggage area.
