This hotel is great! Friendly, very clean, lovely sauna... We had abeautiful room overlooking the castle and river. The staff were veryhelpful and the location in the old town is perfect. I liked the location which was just below the Castle at the edge of teh
old town. We had the Wavel tram stop just next to us whihc ran both
into town , around it and into Kazimierz as well as furhter afield such
as the Bohotara Ghetto. The large rooms were great, especially int eh
heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean
sheets daily. The building is lovely. Had we required it, there was
also the very good value Pod Wavelem restaurant on site. The reception

Everything. A great stay. Can't recommend the Hotel Campanile Krakow enough. Friendly staff, comfortable, good price, fantastic location - they even let my son charge his iPhone up for the journey after we had checked out. Very very helpful staff. - very central location. bedrooms very clean and comfortable. great to have coffee/tea making facility

Great customer service and understanding. We called up on the evening of arrival, saying that we cannot arrive tonight, as due to unforeseen circumstances our car broke 200km from Krakow. Location was superb, two minutes from the centre square. The staff
could not have been nicer or more helpful (we had a problem with my
brother arriving from a different destination and missing a plane; we
also changed appartments as the first one was very noisy with a night
club opposite). The flats were very spacious and ideal for small groups
of people. Value for money was superb for property right in the centre
of the town.

The hotel is cosy, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well situated on a quiet street a short walk from the centre of the old town. The room was big, with amazing high ceilings and great light. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom...just very well-appointed. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Excellent value for money. -
