Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Hotel facilities were of an excellent standard and much better than 5 * hotels that Ive previously stayed in. Room was scrupulously clean. Thank you for a perfect stay! - excellent location in the very city centre; room decor and amenities; view of the magnificent Palace of Culture and Science; grand lobby, helpful staff, especially Magda, Guest Relations Manager, who recommended good bars and clubs (she actually called the clubs to see whether they were open since it was mid-week and called us back to our room, as promised), delicious breakfast

Location of Hotel is Excellent close to all the major sights. The hotel was enormous, lots of room in the bathroom and bedroom, it even came with its own kitchen and dining room and dishes, glasses and cutlery. It came with a stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Everything was spotless and everything in the hotel was squeaky clean.

Superior location, easy access to most sites in Warszaw. Very clean, fresh facilities at reasonable cost. Great views, great location, lovely rooms. Love the top floor swimming pool and saunas. Amazing breakfast buffets. - Staff was very friendly and I was not waiting so good attitude from hotel in Warsaw.

Location close to the centre. Rooms are neat and clean with enough space. Huge and rich breakfasts. Hotel lobby gives you enough space to meet people. The hotel is set opposite a great Shopping Centre. The rooms are 5* and very comfortable. The hotel is going through a large refurbishment at time i was there but this did not affect the stay at all and the staff did all they could to make it a pleasant stay.
On the first floor you have a lounge area where you can sit and relax while having a coff

The Hotel was very quiet despite comments from the receptionist that 200 youngsters were staying and there may be noise. There was also a note in the room stating that construction work was ongoing from 09.00 hours but we heard no construction work at all. The decor in the public areas and bedrooms was of a very high standard. The buffet breakfast at £17 per person was similar to Hotels in the UK for a cooked breakfast and was of a high standard with staff constantly replenishing food.

Everything was very well arranged from the instructions how to get to the apartment to how to get the key from the landlady. The apartment was very nice, clean and stylish. Everything you needed was there (towels, bedlinen, tea,coffee, sugar etc). The staff was very helpful and professional -- when we had to leave for the airport in the morning, t

the apartment is clean and confortable. the position is fantastic close each utilities and monuments. Staff is wonderful for courtesy and disposability. I will come back to apartment Panorama.

My suite, which included a full kitchen and free internet, was outstanding and very comfortable. The hotel's location, on a quiet courtyard near a lovely pedestrian walkway with excellent shopping, good restaurants, and close proximity to the National Museum, was perfect. I am recommending this hotel to all of my friends who plan to visit Warsaw.
