This is my 3rd stay in this apartment, I would not stay anywhere else in
Warsaw. Great location - everything is easily accesible from here, there
is a 24 hour shop across the road and plenty of resteraunts / bars
within walking distance. The apartment has everyhting you could need and

The apartment had everything you could need when away from home. All modern appliances and very spacious. The lady who met me with the keys was very polite and helpfull. It is a short tram ride to the centre (the tram stop is right outside) and there is a 24 hour shop next door. I would definately recommend to friends if they are visiting warsaw.

Great! everything was really nice: the apartment, the facilities in it, the location, right in the center, the owner(thanks, Johanna!). Pay attention if you choose to stay here and notify the owner 30 min before the arrival, because there is no reception(it's a block of flats) and there will be no one to give you the key... -

Superior location, easy access to most sites in Warszaw. Very clean, fresh facilities at reasonable cost. The apartament was excellent, like my own home. Was just right in the heart of the old town in the main street. The bus 175 from the airport drop you off at the door. Location of Hotel is Excellent close to all the major sights. The hotel was enormous, lots of room in the bathroom and bedroom, it even came with its own kitchen and dining room and dishes, glasses and cutlery. It came with a stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Everything was spotless and everything in the hotel was squeaky clean.

Very nice apartment with many ammenities. Parking is convenient and secure - staff are helpful. Location is great - very close to city center with shopping and many restuarants immediately available - nice neighborhood with fun atmosphere.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, even with our 1am arrival from the airport. They were happy to hold our bags after checkout to allow us more time in the city before leaving for Chopin airport. The room was very comfortable with good quality furnishings. Bus service from outside takes you close to Old and New Town, and connects to the Chopi

I had accommodation at JM Apart Hotel on my business trip. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Friendly staff, clean and big rooms, the location in the center. Talking about the view from the 24th floor was amazing. Breakfast was good. On my way to breakfast I stoped at the front desk and I have requested an iron. By the time I finished the breakfast I had it in my room together with the ironing board. I liked it very much and I`ll definitely stay there next time.

Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Hotel facilities were of an excellent standard and much better than 5 * hotels that Ive previously stayed in. Room was scrupulously clean. Vivacity is a very nice, very new, clean, and fresh, well furnished apartment. We had everything what we needed for our stay. Cleaning is available for 30 zloties/day but we did not need it. Our privacy was more important. We could have parked our car in underground garage for 50 zl/day. It was SO convenient! Staff is extremely friendly and always
