Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

From time of check in on Friday night to check out on Monday, we couldn't fault these apartments. They were modern, clean, safe, (code to get in and out), well equipped, we even had a bottle of beautiful wine waiting for us when we arrived, along with tea or coffee and the added touch of sweets on the bed was lovely. This apartment 121 had the wow factor. Great inner city modern apartment which was tastefully decorated. Extremely well equipped and everything was high quality. Complimentary bottles of wine, chocolates on the pillows and free Krakow souvenir shopping bag was supplied. Free very secure basement parking. WiFi worked excellently. The combination of luxury rooms and a hostel-like atmosphere are unique. -
The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly and really go the extra mile to help with everything from directions to organising a birthday cake and a particular type of wine as part of the romantic getaway package for my husbands birthday. The driver also greeted us at the airport with a Happy Birthday sign, which was a lovely touch ! The hotel is very luxurious and although there are cheaper places to stay if you have the money and want comfort and luxury then this is the place !!
