The Hotel location is unbeatable, right across the square from the train station; and 10 minutes walk from the main square of the old town. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. The staff, led by Joanna Domanska - Duty Manager, were exceptionally supportive and friendly during this episode. Our rooms were very comfortable and the spacious, well maintained modern bathroom was particularly appreciated. Breakfast arrangements were good and catered for a wide range of tastes and appetites.

the locatio is excellent near the only mall in the city very near to the train, bus, & tram stations
the internet is excellent & available from the first minute
The flat is clean & there is a cleaning service every 3-4 days

We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Superb position on the edge of the Planty and really convenient for trips by coach and train as well. Lovely quiet room at back of hotel. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Location. Very close to the train station, and the old town center. And secondly, very spacious. Thirdly, helpful staff. I asked for one more sheet for bed and they send in 10 minutes. -

I travelled so many cities, and stayed many different hostels, but this will be one of the best hostels. location is 5min from central station,so you can walk, and also 5-10min from old town. it's a small but clean and specially shower booth was one of the best brand new one with lots of functions, you will enjoy it.

I spent three nights here and I must say I have felt at home. I got hot water, comfort, cleanliness, great atmosphere, all rolled into one. It is definitely a place I plan to come back to next time I visit Krakow. I also appreciated the location, perfect for a tour of the town and people coming to Kakow by train (train statio, Krakow Glowny, is a 5-min walk from the hostel and the Galleria Krakowska shopping mall and really close to Planty park and the historic center).
