The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes. Spa and swimming pool perfect after a long day. -

Everything about the apartment is good. You have to be in touch with the owner in order to be able to check in, but this is not a problem at all. You can not see a nameplate or else of the apartment outside, but the navigator can easily find the exact building and it's on the main street very close to Jewish quarter. I would stay there again, if

We received a lovely welcome and once you get your bearings you realise how close it is to the key locations including Schindlers factory, Kazimer Square and the lovely medieval town.
Its a compact apartment but has everything you would need with many supermarkets and make sure you try the ice cream shop over the road

Really amazing large room, with great thoughtful facilities. The staff were really helpful, and professional. The location is perfect 10 minutes from main square through historic streets. -

- Breakfast is average, but at least it is included in price

The atmosphere was unique and enjoyable and the staff welcoming and friendly, going out of their way to help us arrange for tours and cabs.
The location was convenient and about a 10 minute walk to the city center, although we spent much of our time in the charming bars and restaurants around the hotel.

available. Very good location, quiet at this time of year (December).

This hotel has been open about 8 months after being built over a 2 year period by the owners who wanted to do it right - and they have done it right ! Beautiful room , new, modern and homey at the same time. Pillows, Douvets, mattress, carpets are really done well and provide a great night sleep. Elevators are large, bright, clean and quick. Staff

The hotel was superb! We were the first guests in the hotel.. Initially we had booked the hotel for one day but then as our planned has changed I called the hotel to change it and include the day prior our initial booking. We liked the way to live in the old apartment in the very centre of the city among citizen not tourists. This is the best way to feel the breathe of the city. Internet (by cable) was the great feature in the apartment as well as all the rest, we mean completely equipped kitchenette. - Apartment exactly as described - very comfortable and very easy
