The hot tub, balcony, vicinity to main square. Staff were excellent. Arrived early and had our room ready. Had emailed re day trips, they had weather reports and encouraged us to choose alternate date. Our free day the weather was splendid.

Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms.
Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you.

Locality, very central to all main attractions in Krakow city centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was georgous with a hugh variety of choice for all patrons. We had an amazing room. It was as if it might have been an artist's garret apartment. Lots of light, spacious. Small kitchen area. Staff warm and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the basement that has Michelin recognition with cost much less than it would at home. Location was also excellent.

Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.
