Locality, very central to all main attractions in Krakow city centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was georgous with a hugh variety of choice for all patrons. The Hotel location is unbeatable, right across the square from the train station; and 10 minutes walk from the main square of the old town. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. The staff, led by Joanna Domanska - Duty Manager, were exceptionally supportive and friendly during this episode. Our rooms were very comfortable and the spacious, well maintained modern bathroom was particularly appreciated. Breakfast arrangements were good and catered for a wide range of tastes and appetites.

This hotel has been open about 8 months after being built over a 2 year period by the owners who wanted to do it right - and they have done it right ! Beautiful room , new, modern and homey at the same time. Pillows, Douvets, mattress, carpets are really done well and provide a great night sleep. Elevators are large, bright, clean and quick. Staff

The hotel was superb! We were the first guests in the hotel.. Initially we had booked the hotel for one day but then as our planned has changed I called the hotel to change it and include the day prior our initial booking.
