Building is new so the apartment is in pristine condition. Good location, about 15 to 20 minutes on foot to the old town. Very clean and comfy room. Bed in our room was a chaise lounge sofa type thing with a sheet and a duvet- found this perfectly comfy but taller people might have issues. -

The room was quiet at the back of the building looking out on back gardens of neighbouring properties. Helpful and friendly staff with fantastic previsit assistance.. Conveniently and sufficiently centrally located. One of the most pleasant city places I have ever stayed in.

Everything about my stay at the Crystal Suites was perfect. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything that I needed, including a very reliable and fast internet connection. It was located close to the Market Square and lots of other sites, which made it easy to explore Krakow by foot or tram.

Everything. My son and I arrived late and so the night gaurd greeted us and walked us to our room. We had an adorable apartment that with an extra cot or two could easily accomodate a family with a couple of small children. It was very clean and quiet at night. They staff was very friendly and accommodating. They washed a couple loads of laundry for us as it was the second stop of a 3 city vacation for my son and I. I had a great experience at this hotel. Super helpful friendly reception. The owner goes out of his way to help the guests to experience the Polish culture. The location is ideal. Highly qualified staff, speak English and Russian. We arrived at 3 am and were greeted by the owner himself. Very convenient location, practically next to the Old Town. We do not have to use public transport, except travel outside of Krakow. We arranged for the room rate, although it was possible to find a cheaper option. The room is clean and comfortable.

It's a lovely place with a friendly, family atmosphere. The owners were very accommodating to my requests. If you need advice on places to see, Pani Ewa is the best person to ask! The room was lovely, clean, comfortable. Exactly what I needed. Would definitely stay there again. -

Excellent location (5 min walk to market square).
Staff were very welcoming and friendly and arranged to pick us up from the airport, they even booked our visit to auschwitz for the next morning providing transport and a tour guide. Apartment was very clean and modern and had a lift which was a bonus as we were staying on the third floor. Apartmen

I liked it all. The staff is superb - their office is just nearby - 20 meters away. They are at the place upon your arrival and they give you two keys. And they disappear after than without being annoying, but they are always at their office nearby. The facilities are superb, it is all clean and almost sterile. ειναι σε κεντρικο σημειο - The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful, cheerful and friendly. The location was excellent for sightseeing in Krakow. - It's really near the old town. there is a nice and cheap Polish restaurant next to the hotel.

Really good apartment, well located and with nice people on reception (waited late arrival and gave all info requested) with just few important details for being perfect -
Location was very good, good facilities in the apartment. Liked the freedom to come and go without affecting anyone.
