We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for
two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had
a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof
windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

the front desk staff were more than helpful. i would definitely stay there again but found that it was far from the old city. - the staff were very friendly and very helpful in all aspects.Including arranging all tours and taxi s . Anything we needed was dealt with straight away and done with a smile .The food in the restaurant was very excellent

La habitación está francamente bien y la relación calidad precio no es mala. Está situado a 30 minutos a pie de la plaza principal. Hay aparcamientos gratuitos cerca del hotel. -
Booking rating fully corresponded with expectation and therefore reflected also into the reality. Hotel very clean, rooms had decent modern style.

a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. Nice clean and modern hotel with friendly staff that has excellent level of English. The hotel is surrounded with shopping centers, which is quite useful. You can reach the center of the city by bus within 15 minutes. The breakfast is very, very tasty and has large amount of different dishes. There is a hairdressing salon right in the hotel.
