The Hotel was both aesthetically amazing. Unique for its combination of both past and present through the modernity of the black and white interior design and the historic and regal exterior.
The staff and services offered were as impressive as the overall grandeur of the building itself.
I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a lux

Awesome value for money, especially in comparison to other hotels in the center (eg Sofitel). Rooms are huge and very comfortable, with a massive bed. Breakfast is good too. Given that, prices are a fraction of the equivalent hotel in any mid-size city in Europe.

It's right in the town centre and for the price I paid is excellant value for a 5 star. The staff were really helpfull and polite even though we arrived much later than we had planned. - Comfort of room -very peaceful too.

The hotel staff were very friendly,professional and helpful.
The Hotel is very spacious and spotlessly clean. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I could not find a fault with anything.
The location is central with many bars and restaurants within minutes walking distance.

Location is really good - just a few minutes walk from old town square. Breakfasts were good but with limited choice of food. Helpful and very kind staff speaking fluently German and English. -

Everything was perfect ... including the location in the center of oldtown and walk.able to any location, room was great, breakfast fabulous,bed was comfortable, a bathtub (loved) and I felt it was great value formoney.
