The hotel operates a shuttle service which takes guests to and from the airport and ferry port. Taking the pumpboat, it is just a few minutes journey from several scuba diving sites. Guests can also sing karaoke, or make use of the meeting room facilities. House Cafe serves a variety of American and local dishes. In-room dining is possible with room service.

This hotel is not on Alona beach but is beach front so while it is away from the 'action', it has it's own private beach with a pool on the water as well. Considering it is kind of isolated, they compensated with certain amenities. It would be difficult to find as nice of accommodation on or near Alona beach (especially for the money) as the entire hotel is well-designed and new. I would recommend for value and for those that aren't concerned with staying on Alona beach.

The personnel was very hospitable and attentive. The swimming is great for the afternoon when you come back after a island hopping. I liked everything, from the minute we arrived till the minute we left we were looked after constantly. Have stayed in Bohol many times and have now found the hotel that I will return to. Good personal service. All the staff were extremely accommodating. Since we were the only ones there, they offered to change the times of their shuttle to match our needs every night. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming!. Staff were fantastic. Hotel is new and still has a few teething issues. Babie, Shelia and Chriatine ( staff members) were truly lovely. It was like leaving family when we checked our. *Friendly and warm staff *food was good, especially the adobo, chopsuey and pancit bam-i *beachfront was nice, just a few steps from the beach *the place was clean *free wifi. Location is right by the beach and you can enjoy the beach for yourselves... Like a private beach. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. staff were very friendly and nice. very helpful if u had questions, hotel very clean and acommadation were lovely,. Staff was very nice and friendly. It could be a very nice place, but it definitely needs a lot of improvement. Construction standard of the Hotel Furnishing Standard Outdoor Pool. The hotel staffs are nice, the place is clean. Good hotel. The shuttle to Alona beach was not running but the sign was still advertising it. Luckily, they still accommodated us and took us to the beach. One concern is when I checked in, they took down my credit card information which I would normally be fine with, although always a little hesitant, but the receptionist also took down my security code which is completely unnecessary. They should be more careful about this. We had a car, but if you don't have one it's a bit difficult to get around. Although I imagine the hotel can always provide a taxi. There was nothing I did not like. The upstairs restaurant was less than stellar with rather slow restaurant service. We waited at least 40 minutes every morning for our breakfasts (which we always ordered the night before). Depends on what you are looking for? If it is night life and bar scenes then the hotel is a bit far from the action at Alona Kews. If you want access to the above but to also have the option of quiet time then it is ideal. *Bumpy road leading to the hotel *transportation was limited *limited availability of snacks. Ride to the center of town is not free. Since location of the hotel is rather distant from the center of activities and entertainment, the hotel sound provide free transport at the convenience of the guests. Philippine law provides for senior citizen privileges but the hotel does NOT honor this. the roads were not the best . it was a bit far from the Alona beach and the roads leading to the hotel was poorly maintained. It felt like the place just opened a day before we arrived - although friendly, the staff was a bit helpless. The hotel calls itself boutique and luxury. There wasn't any luxury at all. We had to ask twice to have our room cleaned, and making the room did not include real cleaning or replacing towels. They tried to save on everything, even on coffee for breakfast. Accessibility, Poor Infrastructure, Food / Drinks small selection, No fresh food, mostly deep frozen 4 star is incorrect, its almost a 2 star hotel! The price is to high for the global standard! Bad environment. The nearest restaurant approx 30 min away, reachable by taxi only pp 200,- ! No further comments! I was been there first and last time! Your website is not updated accordingly. The place is so boring, we cant swim at the beach front because its too dirty. The foods are only limited and u can't go around the places coz its too far from other places. No good sea!.
