  The staff over there is very helpful when my little boy had food poisoning and without hesitation the Manager over there quickly called for a transport and send us to the nearest hospital.   This hotel made me feel safe during super typhoon "Yolanda". What I liked most, personel were calm, no stress, no panic, nothing. Everything worked as usual. Even when electricity went down in the area, in a moment (I guess) hotel switched on there generators, so, nothing to worry about. The room is large, well equiped. Located in Banilad, just nice because away from the hustle & bustle of the city centre. The Gaisano Gardens Mall is just 5 mins walk away for great food. Staff are all helpful from the doorman, Front Desk, and the bar upstairs.
