We stayed at this hotel twice during our stay in Peru. The staff were
very friendly in particular Danny on reception. The breafast was very
good with a variety of fruit,yogurts,bread and cooked items on offer.
The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The first time we stayed
we got a room at the top of the hotel with a balcony which had good

bath, mini bar and seating area.Free internet although a little slow.

Location couldn´t have been any more convenient, hotel is just behind the cathedral. We had an entire apartment to ourselves with a little living room area with sofas, two bathrooms and a spacious bedroom and excellent bed. The staff were very welcoming and considerate. Breakfast was plentiful with a huge variety of options. There was complimentary tea available at reception.

Eco Inn was one of the most comfortable hotels we stayed at during our two weeks' holiday in Peru. If you stay in Puno for a short time I would advise to eat in the hotel restaurant as it serves food far better then you can possibly find in town. You can see the food being prepared in an open kitchen and the dishes look impressive and taste great

The EcoInn was just across the street from Lake Titicaca. There was a
beautiful garden on-site as well as llamas, sheep and guinea pigs. The
breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of different
options. They began serving at 6 am which was nice since we were heading
out for an early morning tour. The staff was always helpful. They
provided oxygen if needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

None of the words above describe Casona Plaza - 'luxury' would
be the closest out of them all, but I wouldn't quite give it this
superlative. Very comfortable however - lovely big beds and nice sheets!

Everything! The staff at San Antonio Suites could not have been more helpful. We were met at the bus station by kind and welcoming Marco who paid for our cab and took us back to San Antonio Suites where we had our first real HOT showers in weeks (many places in Peru say they have hot showers but really don't and it can be quite cold in the winter

I can't say enough good things about San Antonio Suites. From the moment I booked the hotel until the second we left they were extraordinarily helpful. This was the best customer service I have ever experienced. They helped me book tours before I arrived, recovered my lost wallet for me, set a room aside for me to take an important phone call and re-arrange my luggage (after we checked out) and in general were extremely nice and helpful. In particular Berta and Marcos were extremely helpful

The hotel was in an excellent location and the facilites were clean,
comfortable and with plenty of hot water and heat. The breakfast was
plentiful and tasty. In addition, the staff took extraordinary efforts.

The staff was helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good. The room
was clean, big and practical. The beds were nice and comfortable. It was
nothing fancy but since we stayed there for only one night it served our
purpose. They kept our luggage at the front desk for us after we checked
out and went on a tour of Lake Titicaca. We could come back

Here we have met very pleasant acceptance.Staff are very hospitable and helpful, they have explained us about the peculiarities of the city. Speaking generally I would strongly recommend this place for everyone, who is traveling to Puno.

The staff were very helpful when we needed assistance with a tour
company regarding a list camera. They helped us with our limited Spanish
and went out if there way. The location is convenient for town and was
