The staff were so helpful, kind and patient. Normal check in time ends at midnight but my bus didn't get in until then so they stayed up and waited 30 minutes until I could get there. Everyone from the chef, to the bellhop and receptionists were great. Location is sort of out of the way as far the landmarks in Lima were. But a quick taxi is around 15 soles or $6. The friendly and supportive staff especially Liz who went out of her way to help me with a problem I was experiencing with the confirmation of an airline booking. I was also impressed with the design of the building which had obviously been designed to make it feel spacious and full of light.

Small but beautiful rooms, loved the garden"box" with huge potted yucca to look at, And the all day/night coffe/tea station. Individually made breakfast and the wonderful really helpful and friendly staff. The staff was super friendly and gave tips how to find our way to places. I liked the modern design of the place. The room was smallish but functional with some delightful details. The location is also very good, I'd rather choose Barranco than Miraflores!. Everything was great! The staff was lovely, very knowledgeable and informative. Also they let us use the kitchen when we needed. The deco was our taste, modern and simplistic. The owner a tall Croatian-peruvian man was very welcoming as well. Great structure and great stuff, very helpful. They know what a tourist needs and give you the right hint. My girlfriend had an health issue and they were very kind allowing us a late check-out. Highly recommended. This hotel is a fantastic option. Rooms are big and clean and service was outstanding. The ladies at reception we always very nice and very helpful. I would stay the again in my next trip to Lima. Staff were excellent at this B&B from the smiling reception staff to the morning breakfast chef. They made us feel very welcome and pointed out a couple of nice very local places to eat. Modern, clean and close to beaches. Staff extremely helpful. They picked us up from airport and returned us very early in morning for very reasonable price. Drinks available in reception. Staff were beyond nice. Room was very modern, clean, cute. Breakfast was great! Location was perfect. Decor was superb. Would definitely stay there again! Staff speak English. It's a great little place located 10min from beach & the charming center of Barranco. Breakfast is made on demand so fresh & very good. This is a minimalist hotel with smart design and smooth service. Staff is very good. Location is great. Do not miss local restaurant Canta Rana and museum MATE. Staff are nice and friendly too. Location was not greatest. Nothing. except thet the single room 102 on the ground floor next to the breakfast/lounge area can get a bit noisy...... Ok with earplugs. The rooms are close to each other and we could hear everything. Better noise isolation on the doors are needed. Also, no hot water in the bathroom sink. Other than that everything was great!. Nothing. I would like them to offer milk instead or in addition to evaporated milk. Probably not a good location for central Lima. Peruvian coffee. and no elevator but there was assistance from a gentleman staff in carrying luggage up and down stairs. Other than that no complaints. Location was a little far from the "old Barranco" area, but we didn't mind the walk. No safe in room. Hot water in the shower but not in the sink which makes it difficult to shave. Nothing. Anything. No complaints. Everything was good. Nothing. Very limited breakfast. No airconditioner. I was hoping for a queen or at least a full size bed but they gave us two doubles. Only one night so it didn't matter that much, but it was also a bit loud. Internet connection didn't work in the room, and it is very noisy all the time.
