We spent 3 nights at the Costa Inn and were very happy with our choice. The transfer from the airport took a little time but don't forget: it is for free. We had a large room, rather quiet but than again: you are in a big city and especially the old busses, the diablod rojos,make a lot of noice. The manager of the hotel is extremely friendly who helped us out in many ways. We will actually return to the hotel for our last night in Panama. One more thing: we do speak spanish and that is a great .
όλα τα σχόλια » Young lady at front desk very helpful, spoke English. Got a ride to the airport for our 720 am flight. Room 606 was very nice, big, clean, comfortable. Only a mile down the road from El Cangrejo district. Free ride from/to airport, plus free breakfast. 70'S style. Excelent food at their restaurant, better food than the decameron resort in Panama. El hotel es muy bonito, aseado y seguro, te ayudan con el servicio de transporte y tours muy bueno. The Hotel stay was ok. the shuttle service. its well known by the taxi drivers, which makes it easy to explain your destination and negotiate a price for travel. the hotel is also idealy located close to the main bus teminal making it conveniant to get to with heavy bags or a small travel budget. Location. The shuttle from and to the airport. The staff in the front were ok. Taxi would charge 2 or 3 bucks from the hotel to the allbrook mall. But the hotel provides 2 shuttle morning and afternoon free to 2 malls. Wifi is great. Pool and view was nice, breakfast ok, the room was clean and comfortable. Wi-fi is working good - on the roof you can connect too. English speaking on reception. Airport shuttle included. Good reasonably priced food at 24hr resturant . Small rooftop terrace with pool. Helpful reception staff. Free breakfast was great! Airport shuttle in from airport was great!. The pool was great and the food at the restaurant was pretty decent. Free transport from/to airport and/or bus terminal. owners were friendly and very accomidating. Great view from the roof top pool. Localization was great, but it's all. nothing. Cannot think of anything, unless one is a spoiled tourist. Nothing I didn't like!!!!. Needed a couple of fixes on the room, the toilet was broken, but it worked. The swiming pool wasnt clean. They did not accommodate a switch to a different room when I needed it. They need more times for the shuttle to Allbrook mall. Only once a day isn't enough. Hotel hasn't been renovated in a very long time. Very thin sheets with no mattress cover. Very thin pillow cases - again no protective cover under the case. Noisy. Shuttle: Had to leave at 5am. Waited 4 hrs. Before flight. the heat ha ha!. the shuttle service is a complete joke and should not really be mentioned as a luxury extra perk provided by hotel. its misleading and troublesome and people should be forwarned to arrange thier own form of transportation. The elevator doesnt stay open eventhough you're standing on the door. So it crashed me various times. The food is disgusting at the restaurant. Breakfast is ok. Staff in the restaurant is careless. I was surprised about service in restaurant - waiters don´t speak english and were very slow. I didn´t understand why you can bring visitor in your room. Very noisy location due to traffic. The neighbourhood did not appear to be safe for walking at night. Noise on street. No hot water in shower either night. Its in a crappy area, but theres nothing the hotel can do about that. some of the waitress staff seemed inexperienced. had to reset out room card every day . but all in all satisfied. Musty. Staff in general are in a bad mood, never smile and don't care about what matter for the clients. Room smells bad Breakfast is poor. Only eggs and salsages. Dont try to have breakfast at 09:01 , even dont try to repeat after 9:00. no refriderator, no shuttle,.
