  I liked the location which was very convenient and the rooms were quite comfortable. The breakfasts were quite substantial to set you up for the day. The small downside for me was the late night bar which i passed by the previous year has now shut down. At first we were allocated an unrenovated room but after a quick conversation at the hotel reception we were given a fully renovated suite. This made our stay very comfortable. The staff were very helpful, the breakfasts great and the bed very comfortable.

  Everything! The lady who checked us in after being in transit for 38 hours was nothing but helpful and greeted us warmly. We were even informed that we were upgraded to a business class room which was greatly appreciated. We also had 2 separate bookings as we had 3 night tour booked and re-checking in when we had to was no problem at all. the brea... τι λέει ο κόσμος » kfast is fantastic with so much variety. Yes it can be busy at times but that is to be expected. The staff work efficiently to clear tables and assist - very nice staff and very good location. it locates the center of tromso and just 2 min walk from the central bus station. The facilities in hotel is good. I'm impressed with the sauna with amazing night view on the 10th floor...more importantly it's free!! Strongly recommend it! and the room rate is quite reasonable=D

  The location on the water front, with views of the harbour and snow capped hills, is superb. The rooms are well arranged; and the additional bed for child was very comfortable. We had a great time. - Bright, airy room with great view of the harbour. Very clean andcomfortable. Very helpful and knowledgeable front office staff.

  Beautiful location overlooking the fjord and the Arctic Cathedral on the far side (the view is worth upgrading to a superior room). Friendly,helpful staff. Fantastic choice at breakfast - if you were there for 2 weeks you could have a different breakfast every day and still not cover all the combinations.   The room was surprisingly cosy, despite ugly exterior of the hotel. Nice seating area. Great view from the window. Close to the airport. We had to leave early, so we got tasty sandwiches instead of breakfast - very convenient! - I chose the "good" for location, but this was good for me.
