WE loved the reception we received from Thomas - he was sincerely helpful, cheerful and friendly. We asked for an extra heater and he brought it over almost immediately. He offered information and helpful suggestions eg when we asked about fishing and was available at all times. We also loved the view from the cabin - fabulous! -

Facilities are also good, free parking, wifi works well, coin laundry. You can rent motor boats or kayaks to explore the breathtaking fjord. Highly recommended !

Loved the position. Had a large room with amazing views of the mountains, water and ships. If you were disabled, the rooms too would have been easy to navigate, especially the bathroom. The reception staff were friendly and capable. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay there.

Awesome facilities. The best Hotel I had in Norway !!! Amazing warm Swiming Pool. Hot whirpool (Jacuzzi) with view to the Mountains ! Pool and Kids area. Sauna. Very good dinner and excellent Breakfast. It is a bit expensive but worth it. -

Hotel is situated in the city center; near to the station and the bus stop to Geiranger. We loved the view from our room window. Breakfast was fine. -
Great position overlooking fjord, free parking opposite. Newly decorated rooms, twin beds, nice bathroom, friendly staff & good breakfast.

The location is incredible. Such beauty all around you! We stayed in an apartment with a porch that overlooked the fjord and village of Geiranger - so amazing - and it was very cute and clean. The woman who runs the place was a delight and so friendly and helpful, so much so that you want to give her your money. I would definitely recommend. -

The location is nice, close to the center, to the port where Hurtigruten ferry docks and overllooking the sea. The two rooms we rent - very clean - were quiet, bright and sufficiently spacious. What a wonderful place. Gorgeous views, amazing room (with fjord view), great breakfast, all was excelent. One of my best experiences in Hotels in Norway. It is best if you have a car to get all the way up there, though. Or maybe catch the bus? Don't know.
I even got to experience snow in the afternoon and clear sunny day the next morning.

One of our room (no. 313) does commend a spectacular view of Geirangerfjord and is really spacious, though the bathroom is tiny. Overall, it's pricy, but the stunning view might be priceless, so it's worthwhile to stay overnight.

Very nice location by the sea, few minutes from the absolute city center. Clean hotel with an appealing architecture, both externally and internally. Very nice staff. The restaurant staff helped with a special dish for the children and toys to play with. Abundant quality breakfast.
