  The reception Staff were very polite and friendly, as were the staff in the restaurant too. Incidentally the Breakfast was also very nice with a wide selection too. The standard room was small but clean and very modern.   On arrival the staff at reception were very attentive, professional and were even nice enough to give me a room with balcony. Although the room was small & cosy but it was very well prepared and clean. Bed was very comfortable, and it was really nice to have had a few sunny days so we can make use of the balcony.   The hotel was VERY cheap for a Central Oslo location, had everything you needed, receptionists very friendly and always happy to help (particularly Herman and Anniken), free breakfast kept me full throughout the day and saved me money, bathroom was in the room unlike other hostel-like accommodation I've stayed in, free WiFi was a big positive - B... τι λέει ο κόσμος » reakfast is very good (nothing missing).   Great location, very close to the city center which you can walk to within 5-10 minutes. I have lived in Oslo 7 years ago and this is my second visit with my family. Because I knew the expensive prices of Norway, I was very satisfied with the price. Also the kitchen and everything was clean and well equiped so I could eat anything from the kitchen... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ! That saved me tons of money which I would have spent for restaraunt food. I read the other comments and was scared of the street noise (or pub noise - Good communication and the check-in procedure was quite convenient. Was sent an e-mail that the apartment is ready, went to the office and got the keys and a map handed to me. This is not a luxurious apartment, but the furniture was quite new when I stayed there. The kitchen is well equipped with tools (pans, knives, a microwave etc.).
