The location of the hotel was very good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast set up and choice was very good. - Very central location - near to all the main tourist sites and thetourist information office, and opposite the train station.

Coffee, tea, goodies and fruit were available for snacks at noadditional charge during the day. A hardy breakfast was included withour room price. The location was within walking distance to Oslo's newOpera House as well as the train/bus station. The hotel staff helped usbook a taxi to take one person and our group's six suitcases to the busstation

For the expensive Oslo accommodation this hotel is really bargain, with excellent service for the price provided. From walking into the lobby and listening to the rock and roll music combined with a lobby looking like no other, I knew my days in Oslo were going to be special. I enjoyed the technology of opening the hotel room and elevator operation to staying in the room watching HDmt. Having the free coffee downstairs along with the pinball machines and iMacs were a great bonus to the hotel experience. And lastly I especially liked the drink selection and prices. On arrival the staff at reception were very attentive, professional and were even nice enough to give me a room with balcony. Although the room was small & cosy but it was very well prepared and clean. Bed was very comfortable, and it was really nice to have had a few sunny days so we can make use of the balcony. - Location: Very central and convenient. Most of the sights are located within a 15 minute radius. Walking to the central station also takes 15 minutes. Bus and tram stops 1 minute away. Metro is 5 minutes walk.
Breakfast: Superb cooked breakfast! Oslo is one of the cities where you need to have breakfast included as food is ridiculously expensive. Staff kindly opened the breakfast 20 minutes earlier so we could get some breakfast before we catch an early train to Bergen.

The reception Staff were very polite and friendly, as were the staff in the restaurant too. Incidentally the Breakfast was also very nice with a wide selection too. The standard room was small but clean and very modern. I would stay again, however perhaps invest in a slightly larger room for a well needed extra bit of space. -

Location is simple the best for travelers - central location in the city, I can hop on/off my room during the day easily (e.g. to drop down the bulky souvenirs, to take some rest, etc.)
Room is clean and spacious for a single room
Breakfast is good and included (do the math when comparing the room price in Oslo, because food here is not cheap) -
