Friendly smart attentive, and willing members of staff from check in to
check out. Staff were the best I have known, primarily as quite chilled
and not overly formal. I simply cannot stand any place where the staff
appear subservient. Here the balance was perfect. Cleanliness 10/10.
Top brand bathroom goods, and above all the hotel has a nice atmo

When I checked in to this Hotel i didn't like the first room I had, I am very particular in when it comes to colors of my sorounding specially when it comes to the colors of room or colors of the curtain( some people are just like this) I called the reception right away and asked them if they could give me another room with light soroudings...5 minutes later they gave me the room that was just perfect..excellent service..no wonder I am here when I am in Oslo.

Finding the hotel is easy, it's next to Stortinget in the centre of

Perfect central location. 1 minute from the Parliament, 3 minutes to the Town Hall and harbour. Less than 10 min walk from main train station. Staff very friendly, we even got upgraded from a superior room to a suite. Very clean. Breakfast selection very very good. Free wi-fi included, plus 2 PCs in the lobby connected to a printer, so we managed to check in and print our boarding passes on our last day.

The reception staff was fabulous. I interacted with several of them over three days both to change rooms (I asked if I could move to the front) and due to a lost baggage issue I was having with the airline. The hotel is, as the name implies, centrally-located. It's a one block walk to the Nationaltheatret train/metro station (so getting to and from OSL airport is a breeze!) You're also within easy walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions.
The room (I had a double) was quite nice, with large windows and high ceilings.
Their breakfast was also on point (definitely worth waking up for, especially given how expensive food is in Norway.)

Everything in the hotel was new and very clean. The rooms were spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Great location, walking distance from the main train station and the city center. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment that the booking was made. They were very welcoming and helpful when we arrived and made us feel very welcome with our children aged 3, 2 and 1. The rooms are a good size and very clean. The buffet breakfast and complimentary evening buffet were exceptional. Highly recommended to anyone

Light Evening Meal is good and not just 'light'. Breakfast spread is good and they server you hot fried eggs. Recommended for family. You can buy Oslo Pass from the hotel. A number of eating joints close by.

New and modern appartment. Nice bed with convenient madresses, kitchen with all facilities. Very conveniently located, just in the middle of the centrum and only 50 meters from Central station which is perfect for those who is travelling. Even though it is in the centrum it was very quiet. We loved staying here. Our studio was very spacious, modern and comfortable with excellent facilities and fast Internet. The bathroom was great - we loved the heated towel rails and shower stall - and the kitchenette was a real bonus for breakfast and snacks. Fantastic location in the centre of Oslo and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We would stay here again in a flash!

This is an absolute gem and a bargin in an expensive city, my girfriend and I have just returned and were almost going to change hotel after reading reviews describing the area as being like a red light district.
