  The hotel was very clean, inviting. It is right on the waterfront (but not a beach). The view from the room, the lounge and the dining room looks out over the water. It has a nice restaurant, and snacks and beverages available in the lounge all day. A cooler of infused water is available with glasses all day. The reception staff were helpful but could take a lesson from the staff in the wait staff. A smile goes a long way to repeat business. The facilites were excellent clean and value for money.

  We liked everything about Seascape Villa B&B. The hosts are friendly and welcoming and the rooms, including the lounge, kitchen and dining area are modern and very clean. Breakfast is very generous and of a high quality. The hosts enjoy their guests and provide a comfortable lounge to sit and talk, have a drink and watch TV. It was sort of like being at home, we could have stayed longer!! - David and Tatiana are amazing hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and we would not hesitate to stay there again. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was huge! Tatiana is a great cook with Russian delights :) They gave loads of info on the local area and help with future requirements for us Strongly recommend!!!

  We thought the staff and value for money of the establishment were excellent. The motel itself was well placed for us as we had easy, quick access to town and Bethlehem college, where our daughter and son-in-law were preforming in the band nationals. Mt Maunganui wasn't too far away where we spent a morning on the beach with our grandson. The ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » unit was very clean and serviced well...compliments to your cleaning staff!! We did think that perhaps an expelair (or similar) for the bathroom woul - Lovely garden & setting, privacy, special little things like shampoo, conditioner, tissues, makeup wipes & plunger coffee. A very envoromentally friendly motel. The breakfast was yummy! Would love to try the pool & resaurant next time
