Everything. The staff were the 2 most friendliest I have come across. Location was great tucked away behind the shops,etc with no traffic noise. So close to the sports facilities, bottle stores, restaurants and shops that matter. The room was immaculately clean and was a pleasure to stay in. AAAA++++ Thanks. -

i liked it all, the rooms were very roomy, bed was comfortable with choice of soft or firm pillows room had a double bed and queen bed pick which ever you want. love the room service and the garden with the fountain in fish ponds beautiful place to sit and relax.wake up call shuttle to airport, no delays highly recommend. oh and the showers were t

Staff were approachable, friendly and efficient. I wanted to stay in a hotel close to the airport as I had an early morning flight and wanted a good rest. The room was large, clean and well-equipped. The restaurant staff were very attentive and the food was excellent. Other facilities I didn't use was a gym and pool. The airport shuttle runs from 4am to 2am which is very convenient.

We were delighted with the hotel and its location (very near the Sky Tower). Although it several blocks, we were able to walk to the hotel from the pier where our cruise ship docked. Because we arrived early, the room was not yet ready, but the waiting area was comfortable and had a large TV. I was also able to pay a small fee to check my e-mail

The fantastic courtesy and service we received from you and your staff on two occasions when we stayed with you this past month.
The free coach service to and from the airport was of real value and when coupled with the long term off street parking for our car while we were away for a couple of weeks was really appreciated.

Its all about the free airport shuttle as planes from oz seem to get
to akl at dreadful hours. Worked perfectly for me,appreciated. But
wait there is more. Also free pickup & return delivery to nearest
restaurant. Lovely people & good meals. They also deliver take-
aways. Motel rooms are large & generous & very clean. Have
used it a few times now & wouldn't consider looking for
alternative accommodation. Represents great value,good location &
has the shuttle.

No frills accommodation at pocket-friendly price with reasonably close proximity to the Auckland Airport. There is 24hr complimentary shuttle services (30 min interval) to and from Ibis. 3min walk to Countdown Supermarket across the road. Room was clean and functional. For the price, it is value-for-money!
Although the website describes that Ibis is 10 minutes' walk from the Airport, I would not recommend walking there. Simply wait for the shuttle bus at the bus stop near the taxi pick-up point -
The hotel is easily accessed by the free shuttle bus, however late at
night/early mornings this runs only every half hour so we walked
to the airport to catch our 6am flight and it wasn't too far to
walk at all.
Check-in was easy, the staff very attentive and the room clean and sufficient. Nice shower with good water pressure.
There is a fantastic gastro pub downstairs (can't remember the name) with great ambiance and a killer Fijian curry. A large 24 hour supermarket is also across the street

We loved the food especially the traditional Samoan food.The markets in Otara and Mangere were great.Shopping for clothes for our four grandchildren was tremendous.540 is handy to everything that we needed and want to do.The weather was ideal for us.The staff at 540 were very friendly and helpful.We loved the time we stayed there. -

Hugely friendly staff. Comfortable and clean for this price range. Kettle and blow dryer weren't working but they gave me replacements within minutes. Free rides to and from the airport. You can't go wrong with this inn. -
