Auckland - walking distance to great shopping and restaurant. High
street is just next to main street of the city. I met an indonesian
who's work there, she came from Bali , she's very nice and

Fantastic design hotel full of tasteful decoration details. Rooms with all the amenities that you need and personalized welcome notes. Helpful staff, young but very professional. Having stayed in Hilton for a night just a few weeks earlier, I now
regret I gave them a fairly good rating. Sofitel is at least one class
better! We were lucky to get a complimentary upgrade to a larger room

The staff were friendly, always greeted us as we passed by and no request was ever too much trouble. Loved the peaceful ambience of the hotel with the low lighting of candles after dark. Loved the location just made for a leisurely stroll or a power walk along the beautiful waterfront. The outdoor cafe worked well for a light breakfast and the restaurant and bar were great at night. All of those things worked together to make our stay special and memorable.

Everything met our standards and provided the comfort and necessities we
like whilst not being swept off our feet. The staff were extremely
helpful and the location is unbeatable... Walk to everything. Price was
okay. They provide free wifi at excellent speed, that would ensure I
would use this accomodation again. No complaints, good value. -

Loved that they cater to special dietary requirements on their in room dining. They are even willing to make you something that isn;t on the menu.

Staff was great! Room was immaculate! The location is the best! Pick Parnell you can't go wrong! Studio was not spacious but adequate. Did not use exercise room, etc.

This hotel is right outside the door of the international terminal at Auckland airport so perfect for those of us who arrive at 11pm with two very grumpy and tired children and even worse parents! Everything was fantastic, we were over for the weekend visiting friends
who live in Mount Manganoui. The the flight from Sydney landed at 11pm
Friday night, so we hired the car first thing the next morning. This was
the most convienient airport hotel I have stayed in!!! The hotel is
directly opposite the arrivals terminal, not even a 30 meter walk from
the doors! We stayed here the night before out departure as well as out
flight was at 9 am , no early morning wake up calls at 4 am and getting

The reception counter was very friendly and efficient. The breakfasts had extensive options , The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room had a safe which I often find lacking in many hotels. It really helps not to have to carry one's passport and travel documents around. -
