Location close to airport. Very friendly staff. We parked our car for 16 nights during our away holiday. Stayed one night because we had a late flight arrival from Honolulu. Needed a quiet room to put our head down and we got that. The facilities were good linen bathroom very clean. We stay here because it is so convenient for the airport. We've stayed here 4 times now and have always had a great stay.Reasonable price, lovely rooms, staff are always helpful & the food is great. What more do you need.
όλα τα σχόλια » The location and hotel were clean, reception staff were friendly and helpful as we're kitchen staff and bar staff. Hotel facilities weren't that clear on the TV. I had to ring reception to see if they washed clothes or not. Really enjoyed the pool & spa. Nice touches too ie personal pool pack of slip on toweling footwear & real plunger coffee bags provided along with small plunger! Really did the trick for me. Well done Sudima, Mary. I have stayed here before, and always use it as my "business" hotel when I need to be near the airport. It was excellent as always. The food in the restaurant is also great with prompt and attentive service. The location to the airport was great and although we were only just over a kilometre from the airport, we heard no planes. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room we had was very comfortable. Friendly staff both on arrival and in the dining room. Menu in dining room excellent. The shuttle service to and from the air terminals very efficient. This is the place to stay should you be in transit. Great location, easy stopping off point for the airport next day. Very up to date, modern place. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the yummy buffet breakfast. our stay was great, although we only stayed for one night. The restaurant was fantastic and reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and friendly. New, modern, clean and excellent food. Excellent indoor pool and small gym. Close to airport and serviced by shuttle bus every half hour. Restaurant staff were really lovely. Rooms were clean and bright. Young son loved the pool (although a bit over chlorinated). The comfort of the beds, the heated pool and gym. the sitting area hidden around from the bar, the staff and the breakfast. Everything and the service was awesome have been there 3 times already i love it and customer service is great:). helpful staff, clean and tidy rooms, rooms a nice size, location, decor, quiet even though near a busy road. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant staff were exceptional. Very handy for us as close to airport and hassle free when catching an early flight. Convenient to airport,friendly staff,value for money, modern with good facilities. They were very good at letting me check in early when my flight was changed. I rated the cleanliness a good only because the carpet in the room was very stained and the paint work scratched for newish building. The linen, bedding and towels were very clean. The housekeepers knocked and came straight in. Instead of knocking and waiting. Three times I was disturbed and had to quickly cover my self up. I didn't like having to walk so near front reception desk to get from women's change room to the pool. I would like to see a door connecting the gym area to the pool area. Nothing. Room a bit tight on space for family of 4, but was comfy enough for 1 night. Although there were two beds in our room, we only used one of them. We found it a bit small for a comfortable nights sleep, Yes we could have slept in separate beds, but we are still very much in love after 22 years. Reception welcome not fantastic. Everything was just great although I think under 10 children should get free breakfast as they don't eat much. no fridge in the room. Location.its on n industrial estate.food a little expensive but tasted good. Breakfast was a bit ordinary especially the bacon which was all streaky!. Not told how to adjust our room temperature. Hotel courtesy shuttle unavailable. didnt have a little fridge. rooms feel very small and cramped. Price a bit steep for hotel neither in town nor on airport campus - more an industrial estate. nothing that we did not like. We were happy with everything. Excessive card charge when paying by credit card. We had to rely on the airport shuttle to get to and from the airport which only came 1/2 hrly and wasn't on time. Taxis refuse to take you a short distance unless you pay $30 plus!. Seriously Over-priced food service and 'green-wash' excuse for no fridge. Staff could have been a bit friendlier, and a free airport shuttle would be nice as it's an airport hotel. Poor cleaning job in room, but staff generally OK, without being too friendly!. Cold room with no instructions for air con unit, noisy and exposed air con unit through the night, exposed fittings in ceiling for fire extinguishers. no fridge,no microwave and no shops close by excesively exspensive food and drinks. Cheaply made hotel. no fridge in room small rooms not good value. The rooms were not that great. The food was absolutely horrible and way over priced. I have eaten at 5star restaurants for cheaper and lets not even get into the quality that they served. The buffet was well below average in terms of what they offered and yet again, charged a gold mine for it. Still have not received any notifications from any one in the hotel despite several complaints (verbally and feedback forms).
