  It was good value as I got a cheap internet rate. Just opposite the hotel is the Amsterdamme Bos which is nice if you want to strecth your legs. The bar is nice and the prices are only a little above usual Amsterdam prices. Once again though Accor Hotels have let themselves down with the telvision services.   The location of the hotel was really close to all the hotspots within Amsterdam! The breakfast was simple but it was great for the money and it filled you up and got you going for the rest of the day. The toilets and shower were clean the majority of the time minus a few when it had just been used! And the beds were very comfy. In my opinion for the money it was a great place to stay when visiting Amsterdam! - Staff were always friendly and happy to help with anything. Wifi was available in the room and the breakfast was always good. The room and all the toilets and showers were extremely clean. This couldn't be better located, 5 mins from central station, shop right outside, restaurants close by and bike rentals available right outside. 10 out of 10

  Nice clean little city (or suburb?). Almost whole part of Holland is reachable in few hours from here by car or by train. - Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Shuttle bus service excellent.

We will definitely choose The Avenue hotel again for any future trips to Amsterdam.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. Once we arrived, they gave us a map and showed us the location of the main attractions of the city.   This hotel was fantastic! I would give it a 10! From the moment that the shuttle picked us up from the airport all the way to our check out, the staff, rooms, hotel were above and beyond our expectations. Our late night dinner was also great because of the quality & the ambiance. The staff was also very helpful in getting us checked in for our - We had a stopover in Schiphol and booked one nights accommodation at the Holiday Inn Express. The pick-up service from the airport was much appreciated, the bedrooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The proximity of the railway station in Hoofddorf, which was a short walk, was great as our flight the following day was an evening one so we enjoyed a canal trip and lunch in the city centre. Our bags were safe in the hotel left luggage room and we purchased a hotel bus ticket back
