  You could not wish for a better location. The hotel staff are awesome and some of the most helpfull and friendly I have ever experienced. The apartments themselves offer you a little bit of Amsterdam.   The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

  Charles, the owner, was extremely attentive and helpful. He made us most welcome and wanted to make our stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. He gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The peaceful location was excellent for getting to all the major attractions. The stocked kitchenwas a fantastic addition to our stay. Charles was a fabulous host! ThePark Mansion was so comfortable that it was a pleasure to come back torest and relax before the evening activities. We even had a littlepicnic on the rooftop deck on one occasion that we will never forget! Wewill be sure to return here again.

  Niels provided outstanding service. He was personable and extremely helpful. When I first arrived in Amsterdam I got myself lost in the red light district and he came to pick me up. The apartment was immaculate and had a well-equipped kitchen. It was located in a quiet, beautiful nieghborhood overlooking the canals. He met us at the tram station, helped with parking, gave good tips on where to eat, was available for text messages if necessary and arranged a transfer to the airport. The apartment was very well located and furnished, we were a group of 6 people and it was much cheaper to stay in the apartment than to book hotel rooms.
