... τι λέει ο κόσμος » h excellent service, information and support. - Elizabeth was fantastic. the room was spacious and comfortable with exceptional detail for the little creature comforts like soup packets in additiot to coffee and tea in room. Not to mention an easter basket on easter morning. The hotel is on a quiet street in a covenient location near the hermitage, skinny bridge and rembrandt house. We would definetly stay here again.

Quiet location and spacious room: it is definitely worth staying slightly outside the city centre for these comforts. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the three major art galleries and the Vondelpark, which is great for picnics, reading and people-watching if you want a break from the hustle and bustle (or from all those paintings!).

The owner/staff were fantastic - friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable. The single rooms were on the small side, as it is an old family house but that added to the character. He offered to assist me in carrying a tray of food to my room for my sleepy sister on at least three mornings. Our room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The hotel is conveniently located on tram line #2. The hotel sells tram line and Van Gogh museum tickets. Wonderful!
