Staff were extremely friendly and approachable Very much let alone but
knew they were open to help and answer questions Staff gave information
about the area Location was second to none, so central, minutes stroll

absolutely amazing! everything's so fantastic. the room is very big and very stylish. all the staff are very very nice. it has all kinds of facilities, the coffee machine, the kitchen facilities, refrigrator, wash machine...everything you needed you can find here. also the location is good. very near to the Vrijthof and SelexyzDominicanen Bookstore, only 3 mins walk.

You enter the hotel through the café right on the Vrijthof and welcomed
as part of the family. Really appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival
after a long day in the car. We had a lovely dinner and lunch and really
try their best to make you confortable. Rooms are done with great taste.

The staff were very welcoming on our arrival to start our honeymoon. There was a bottle of champagne awaiting us in our room. They accommodated our every needs throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and especially Room 6 overlooking the beautiful square at Christmas. A wonderful experience and we have personally thanked all the staff at the hotel.

I could not call this place a hotel. It is more like "your house in Maastricht", when you arrive, you get your own set of keys that give you access to an old Dutch house and your allocated room out of the just eight the room has. A perfect location, just a few steps from the main Vrijthof square.
The room (number 3) was at the back of the building and so was very quiet - despite the noisy funfair in the square.

Very nice personnel, old style but functional, nice restaurants around - The staff were truly friendly, helpful and quite understanding even towards the children(1 and 4 years). Also we accidentaly kept the woman at the front desk for hours since we returned to the hotel to check in and move the ruggages before 10 instead of 2, which we told her fi

Spectacular, beautiful design hotel rooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully designed and furnished. Room 7/Nana was exceptional, split level and so spacious. Felt more like my own apartment.
Beds are HUGE and incredibly comfortable. Service was excellent and the swimming pool, although I was unable to use it, looked beautiful.

We loved staying here. It was very comfortable, clean, and had
everything we needed. We loved how close it was to the squares and
