Confortable and large dorms. Many bathrooms and toilets, quite clean. The wi-fi works all over the place and the breakfast is just great (included). The smoking room is always full of people and the bar is quite affordable. -
Very friendly stuff, I had a booking for 13 beds room, but I wanted to be at lower level bed, so they changed it to 7beds

The staff were always very friendly and helpful. They also let me bring my dog, and were very nice to him as well :) The location was great, it was very near many of the main museums, within walking distance, and the tram stops were about 5 min walk away. Quiet location and spacious room: it is definitely worth staying slightly outside the city centre for these comforts. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the three major art galleries and the Vondelpark, which is great for picnics, reading and people-watching if you want a break from the hustle and bustle (or from all those paintings!).

We were contacted by phone and e-mail prior to departing our home country to arrange a meeting at the apartment on arrival by one of the very friendly staff. She was there waiting outside as we arrived in the taxi and showed us to the lovely apartment, gave an informative briefing of the locality, attractions and recommendations of places to visit

Lovely setting. We loved having kitchen facilities. Made our own suppers and ate at the table at the big windows watching the canal boats go by. Our contact lady, Yvonne Louise, was super friendly and very helpful. I'd certainly recommend the apartment to anyone wishing to be within easy walking distance of the main railway station.

μου αρεσε που το ξενοδοχειο βρισκοταν σε πολυ κεντρικο σημειο. επισησ τοπρωινο που σερβιραν ηταν ικανοποιητικο - Clean room, friendly, helpful staff, good location near station so very convenient for travel to and from Schipol. Breakfast simple and adequate. Very good value for Amsterdam. Everything a couple in their 50s could want without luxury.

The weather was not great in amsterdam during our stay, but the hotel was perfect place to relax and meet other guests and so welcoming. It was the hightlight of our holiday and there were other enjoyable aspects to our stay in Amsterdam.
