The staff was great to deal with and the location in Den Haag was perfect. The room was very comfortable and big by European standards - Very friendly, clean, comfortable.

Very good rooms, friendly efficient staff and 4 tram stops ( located about 100m from the hotel) away from the seafront. - Friendly and courteous staff; very comfortable, modern hotel.

The front desk phoned us once we went to our room just to ask if everything was to our wishes - Although I had a printed confirmation, the hotel had no record of my booking. Fortunately there were plenty of rooms availkable. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful in sorting things out. They deserve commendation.

The friendliness of the staff, my little girl felt very good receiving little gifts from the staff and they were very fast. I cant complain and I would stay there again for sure!Its my second time already. - Bookings.com was able to provide us with a luxery room for the price of a normal room. Use of pool and sauna is included in price.

Our room had a bold style. The arrangement of a house, of the rooms and every little item was good value. In the middle of the historic city. 15 min. away from the beach...We loved it. - This hotel felt more like a BandB. It was very comfortable. The location is in a charming part of the Center. The welcome was very good.Being British the tea making facilities were very welcome.The location was right in the centre of the shopping area, and there were plenty of restaurants around. - car parking and location in city centre

Great position just by Den Haag Centraal (we were actually attending the Delft Blues Festival, but could get there by train within a few minutes). Bikes can also be rented and left overnight at the rail station rental depot, which is a one minute walk away

Front desk staff were very good and very attentive. - The staff are very friendly and helpful.The room is very big and comfortable, as well as the bed. The price is resonable. The bathroom is very sanitary and comfortable, and it is very close to the central station and it is just at the main entrance of the station. I would say it is a perfect hotel and recommend you to live there.

Absolutely nothing at all to find any kind of fault with. The level of customer service was exceptionally high, the room and bathroom were slick, functional and modern, and the buffet breakfast sumptuous! The Weekend Rate is very good value, if two people share a room. I will definitely be returning to this charming city and hotel in the near futur
