Met by the owners to welcome us with localmaps and shopping tips.Comfortable,central location, sunny aspect, great shopping location , walking distance to Centraal Station , trams outside the front door.

The hotel is in a great central location, really easy to find and is close to the main tram routes, supermarket and post office as well as popular attractions. The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.

Lovely attentive staff, and personal service - arvin was fantastic. Its very well located - 10 mins walk from central station, near the red light district and china town, with a supermarket right across the square.

The staff were probably the most helpful I have come across in 30 years of travelling the world. They even tracked us down by phone to tell us that a museum we thought closed at 9 was to close at 7. Our room was pretty small, but to be expected from a city centre hotel, especially in Amsterdam, however it was immaculately presented, beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable we nearly didn't make it up in the morning. The staff were wonderful, and we will be going back.
